SHIPPING COSTS
We only deliver to the countries selected as part of the online order, currently to Austria, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Italy, Great Britain, Croatia, Poland, Netherlands, Sweden, Monaco, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania and Spain. The shipping of the goods ordered by the customer is done by us or a carrier hired by us (for example a delivery or express service).

The shipping costs according the table are approximate prices, and can vary depending on the ordered quantity. The exact amount will be charged automatically upon ordering.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
If you wish a delivery outside of Europe, please send us an e-mail to office@mayatina.com so that we can calculate your individual shipping costs. In case of a delivery to a non-EU state additional taxes and duty fees may accumulate. These costs are to be paid by the buyer.
SHIPPING
We charge our shipping costs in addition to the offered prices of the respective goods.
The shipping is usually carried out within 3 workdays (dispatch) after contract acceptance. In Switzerland the customer should receive the consignment within 10 workdays after contract acceptance (shipping duration). Workdays do not include Saturdays. The statement about the shipping duration is purely informative
We are entitled to do partial deliveries anytime if it is reasonable to the customer. If a partial delivery is carried out by us we pay the additional shipping costs. In case of delivery delays the customer will be informed immediately.
If the customer is a company owner, the risk of random sinking and random deterioration, as well of theft of the goods in this dispatch sale will go to the customer upon submission of the goods to the person responsible for carrying out the delivery
If the customer is a consumer, the risk of random sinking and random deterioration, as well of theft of the goods in this dispatch sale will go to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or a third party hired by the consumer, but not by the supplier.
However, the risk of random sinking and random deterioration, as well of theft of the goods will always go to the customer if the customer is delaying the acceptance.
In case of a delay of delivery the customer can withdraw from the contract after setting an deadline extension of at least 5 workdays. Workdays do not include Saturdays. If the provision of our services depends on the cooperation of the customer, these services are only to be provided if the customer has fulfilled his duties and/or obligations.
PRICES, TERMS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
Only the prices on our webpage apply. The prices offered on the webpage apply until withdrawal. Price quotations are non-binding, are in Euros and are shown as total prices including all costs (plus costs of customs clearance), particularly the respective VAT. Limited special offers are shown as such as part of showing the individual goods on our homepage. The customer will not be charged with any additional costs when ordering by using our webpage.
The price is due upon conclusion of contract. You can pay the amount via cash in advance. Please consider the general terms of service as part of the conclusion of payment. Your eventual payment claim (or refund claim) will be paid to your account immediately. We reserve the right to exclude individual methods of payment. In the Mayatina online shop you can only pay in Euros. Mayatina reserves the right of property of their goods until the complete payment. The customer will receive the detailed invoice via e-mail.
CASH IN ADVANCE
1) You choose "cash in advance" as a method of payment and transfer the total invoice amount specifying the order number based on the confirmation of order to the Mayatina account.
2) Once your transfer has been received on our account, the goods will be shipped immediately.
